Our Story

GWC MONOWHY

I believe you can have your cake and eat it too.

I believe, in fact I know, it is possible to fulfill your responsibilities without having to live in boring, unimaginative lives.

That no one, no one, needs to feel consistent overwhelm and uncertainty.

I know there are some things we have learned and others we have not.  This is the reason for our actions and reactions.

I believe anything is possible.  It excites me to think of your possibilities too.

The Girl Who Could Mission

With the WHY in mind, new learning is important.  We start by setting the baseline and standards for:

  • managing your time and commitments,
  • learning how to have necessary conversations in common sense and non-aggressive manner and
  • for offering (proven and successful) methodologies and practices used to accomplish goals

We believe by setting these standards at the forefront.  This way you have a good place to measure what’s working and what is not; all completed in a non-judgmental, learning environment.

Once the standard has been set, maintenance is required.  This can be completed through a combination of workshops and individual coaching to continue the growth for you to lead on.
